Vinification: classic, in stainless steel tanks

Character:  High minerality, fruit still very well hidden, clean and virtually exploding.  Clean, mineralic Riesling.  Iodic like oyster-water, minerality carries apricot and white peach, almost lightly dancing, with subdued power. 

Goes primarily with asparagus and oysters.  Fine fish with light sauces like turbot and pike.
