Character: Light fruity sweetness infused with minerals, pear and pineapple fruit, then spices.  Creamy and dense but still very elegant. Yellow fruit, some grapefruit, papaya and pineapple with a little pithy tone, at the end pear with spice and creamy mineral, white pepper.

Goes with roasted mushrooms, white meat like chicken, rabbit, veal.  Excellent with Asian cuisine and curry dishes.
